Learn how to transform sourdough discard into delicious everyday recipes instead of throwing it away. This hands-on workshop is designed for bakers who are already familiar with maintaining a sourdough starter and baking sourdough bread but want practical ways to use excess discard. Students will prepare several recipes, learn the science behind sourdough discard, and leave with recipes, samples, and the confidence to reduce waste while expanding their baking skills.

Line dancing will include country music and pop music. From footloose to cotton eyed joe, come learn some of the favorites and some newer ones. All skill levels are welcome and modifications will be shown.
