Life Long Learning (Main Campus)

Southeastern's Life-Long Learning Program believes in integrating "life-long learning skills" that go beyond specific knowledge or occupational areas.  These transferable skills are essential to an individual's intellectual, physical, and emotional success regardless of occupational of life role.  Individuals will engage in lifelong learning as a means for upward career mobility, job enhancement and enriched quality of life.  Leisure learning classes are non-credit  courses promoting personal enrichment, enjoyment, and self-empowerment.

Line Dancing 2 (Mar 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st & Apr 7th)

Line dancing will include country music and pop music. From Footloose to Cotton Eyed Joe, come learn some of the favorites and some newer ones. All skill levels are welcome and modifications will be shown.

ACT Prep (Main Campus) Tuesday, Mar 25th 5:30pm - 7:30pm, Tuesday, Apr 1st 4:30pm - 7:45pm

This program is for students who need general help with the ACT to learn how to problem-solve and create a study plan. It covers general strategies for the ACT, focusing on 1-2 specific strategies for each test. It has a workshop approach. This session lasts for 2 hours; an optional practice test is available (3 hours 15 minutes) where students would receive a detailed score report of their results as well as an explanation of what to continue to focus on before the test.. The price includes a copy of the Official ACT Test Prep Guide book.

Introduction To Ancestry.com Main Campus (Mar 31st)

Ancestry.com is the most comprehensive genealogy website in the world and has over 25 million users from 128 countries. This class will review the resources available there and emphasize the value of its DNA test as a genealogical tool. The last 30 minutes will be devoted to questions and answer.
