As Autumn arrives, journey through the history and craftsmanship of three iconic cocktails that have helped shape cocktail culture on both sides of the Atlantic. This is a hands-on class, students will prepare a Whiskey Sour, a Brandy Crusta, and a Cognac French 75 while learning professional measuring, shaking, dilution, garnish preparation, and presentation. Students will also discover how classic recipes evolved, from Brandy Crusta created in New Orleans to the elegant French 75 inspired by France. Whether you are new to cocktails or looking to refine your skills, this continuing education course provides a fun, engaging introduction to classic mixology. MUST BE 21

Level up your Mahjong game. Spend time in an intermediate mahjong class focusing on strategy, hand development, and reading the table more effectively. Learn how to recognize patterns and make smarter decisions instead of relying on luck. Still a challenge, but each session builds more confidence and consistency.

Get moving and have fun while learning popular line dances in a relaxed, social environment! This beginner-friendly class will introduce participants to basic steps, rhythms, and easy-to-follow routines while promoting physical activity, coordination, confidence, and social connection. No previous dance experience is required.
