This program is specifically designed for leaders and those who wish to take their leadership skills to the next level and for those who aspire to be in a leadership role someday. If you hope to lead others in the future you will learn valuable tips and techniques to assist you in successfully transitioning to a leadership role. If you currently lead people but feel as if the skills you have learned in your career did not adequately prepare you for the numerous challenges of leading others or if you would like to sharpen your skills, you will also benefit from this program.

If you are still determining if the program is right for you, we offer a limited number of spaces to individuals who would like to test Module 1. We hope you will see value and enroll in Modules 2-5.
