DESCRIPTION:As Autumn arrives, journey through the history and craftsmanship of three iconic cocktails that have helped shape cocktail culture on both sides of the Atlantic. This is a hands-on class, students will prepare a Whiskey Sour,  a Brandy Crusta, and a Cognac French 75 while learning professional measuring, shaking, dilution, garnish preparation, and presentation. Students will also discover how classic recipes evolved, from Brandy Crusta created in New Orleans to the elegant French 75 inspired by France.  Whether you are new to cocktails or looking to refine your skills, this continuing education course provides a fun, engaging introduction to classic mixology. MUST BE 21
