2027 WALKER: Limoncello: Garden to Glass (Tuesday, Nov. 3rd) 5:30pm -7:30pm

In this class, you will learn the techniques for making a high-quality batch from scratch, mastering the balance of tart lemons and sweet syrup. You’ll zest, infuse, and blend, transforming simple ingredients into “Liquid Sunshine”. As your creation matures, you’ll discover how patience and craftmanship yield a liqueur that dazzles in cocktails, delicious recipes, or beautifully packaged for unique gift giving. Each participant will make and take home their own batch of Limoncello, a bottle to use for gifting, and recipes for desserts.
