2026 WALKER: Introduction to Mixology: Intro to Classic Cocktails & Professional Drink Making (Wednesday, Jul. 29th) 6:30pm - 8:00pm

This hands-on introductory mixology course teaches participants the fundamentals of cocktail creation, bar tools, ingredient selection, proper measuring techniques, and professional drink-making skills. Students will learn the history and preparation methods behind three classic cocktails: Classic Daiquiri, Moscow Mule, and Mojito. Throughout the course, participants will gain an understanding of cocktail balance, fresh ingredients, shaking versus stirring techniques, proper glassware selection, and responsible beverage service.
